Summer Smoothie

Let me start by saying, I can’t believe it’s June! It feels like only yesterday that I was wearing a million layers to keep warm. But now Summer is just around the corner, and we’ve been pretty lucky recently with the weather in London. We’ve had our fair share of blue skies, and I’ve definitely smelt plenty of BBQ’s down the road.

So, here is a simple summer smoothie recipe, filled with vitamins and an dash of porridge oats, that will slowly release energy throughout the morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • Handful of porridge oats
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1-2 cups of milk
  • Handful of frozen berries
  • Dash of honey

+fruit to decorate
